Is Khloe Kardashian Losing Too Much Weight?
The Kardashians are the first family of reality TV for good reason. There is hardly a second of their lives which goes unnoticed and is reported on at least one media platform. If not, they themselves are quick to share updates on their social media profiles. The latest news from the camp is that the family is not happy with the way Khloe has been on a weight loss spree. The slightly pudgy Kardashian has been losing weight like crazy and some experts believe she is addicted to it and might lose more weight than is healthy for her. Some reports suggest the family wants to stage an intervention to stop her.
There is no doubt that Khloe Kardashian is in the best shape of her life and by no means appears unhealthy. Even her trainer hasn’t asked her to slow down. However, it is her attitude to weight loss which is causing a problem. The family has complained that all she talks about is exercising and dieting and offers free advice to anyone listening even if they haven’t asked for it. So, there is a feeling that if she hasn’t lost too much weight already, if she keeps going she will.
Khloe Kardashian has been working with Gunnar Peterson, one of the best known celebrity trainers in Hollywood, for the past couple of years. During this time, she has dropped over 35 pounds. In fact, the two combined to record and release a video which highlights the routine that Khloe has been following that has helped her lose weight successfully and without any hassle at all. According to the lady herself, her confidence level has soared since she started working out and dropping the pounds like crazy.
So, despite the family worrying about her, this may be a case where Khloe was body shamed into losing weight and now wants to lose as much as she can so she can escape the shame in the future. So, as for answering the question whether she has lost too much weight, the answer is no. Although, this comes with a disclaimer, not yet. If she keeps working out and follows the same routine she has been doing for two years, there is no telling she might lose up to 20 pounds over the course of the year and that is the point the family itself and Khloe Kardashian fans should start worrying about her health.
