At any given moment, we can turn on the TV and read or watch a story about some celebrity’s terrible weight problem. Sometimes, though, viewers get lucky enough to catch wind of a successful weight loss endeavor, like in the case of Kristin Cavallari. This former Hills star is in her prime at the age of 28, and it shows when you look at her exquisite physique. After giving birth to multiple children, it appears as though Ms. Cavallari has no trouble shedding unwanted pounds from her body. However, she would tell it differently.

Busting Her Butt

Kristin Cavallari is known for being one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, with a winning smile that perfectly matches her exceptional figure. After having two children, though, Cavallari had to get to work on losing her baby weight just like everyone else does. The only difference is that her body really took to the workouts she performed on a daily basis. Her workout routine consisted of waking up at the crack of dawn to walk on an incline treadmill for at least a half hour. Talk about a productive morning!

She reportedly says that she doesn’t have a big secret to explain her ability to shed the excess weight she carried while pregnant, although she managed this feat in just two months. She does attribute some of her success to the fact that she regularly stays away from toxic chemicals in her foods and drinks, and how she eats a vegetable of some sort each and every day—even if only in the form of a quick smoothie. She goes for organic options more often than not, but that isn’t the only thing that has helped her regain her pre-baby body. Indeed, her weekly workout session has to play a role in all this. As it stands now, Kristin Cavallari remains one of the most mysteriously alluring women on the red carpet.

Her Sensitive Spot

Kristin Cavallari admits that her body just isn’t the same after having so many children, although the average onlooker probably wouldn’t be able to tell without a thorough examination. Fans of this former Hills star might see her as perfect, but personally she says that she would really like to gain a little more muscle mass and shape. She worries that she will eventually appear to be too thin, and has real concerns about the effects of her lifestyle on her ability to bulk up a bit. Her solution to this weight issue?
