In his recent episode on the show Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team, Allison spent some time with them in the gym.

This was an episode in which they were working to get their top fitness routine locked down. The reason was that they had an upcoming calendar shoot and they needed to look their best. After all, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are performance athletes. They need to be fit and perform well throughout their shows. At the same time, there is a certain expectation regarding their look.
